House of Talentt (“the App”) is powered by VCS Organisation (“Entity”, “we”, “us” and “our”). The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of this App.

We take your experience on our App very seriously and are committed to ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all users. To this end, we have established this Content Policy to guide the creation and sharing of content within our App and services.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Content Policy, which is to be read with the App’s Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users. Your adherence to these guidelines helps us maintain the integrity and enjoyment of our App.

1. Content License and Ownership

• License Grant: By posting any content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the App and its promotion. This license allows us to use your content in any media formats and through any media channels.
• No Compensation: You agree that posting content on the App does not entitle you to any compensation or share in revenue generated from the content.
• Use of Personal Attributes: When you generate content, you also grant us, our affiliates, and our business partners the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use your name, likeness, and voice. You will not receive any compensation if your name, likeness, or voice is used through the App or our partners' platforms.

2. Content Responsibility and Compliance

• Content Ownership and Rights: You represent and warrant that:
  • You own the content you post or have the rights to grant the license described above.
  • Your content does not violate any privacy rights, copyrights, contractual rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person.
  • Posting your content does not breach any contract with third parties.
  • Your actions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Content Restrictions: You agree not to post, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share content that:
  • Belongs to another person without authorization.
  • Is grossly harmful, harassing, profane, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of privacy, insulting, or discriminatory based on gender, race, or other characteristics.
  • Harms minors in any way.
  • Infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
  • Violates any laws in force.
  • Deceives or misleads others, including providing false or misleading information.
  • Impersonates another person. Content that uses deepfake technology or other forms of media manipulation to deceive, mislead, or impersonate individuals is prohibited. This includes creating or sharing videos, images, or audio that falsely represent someone or distort their likeness in a way that could cause harm, spread misinformation, or violate their privacy. All media must be genuine and not intended to mislead or manipulate other users.
  • Contains software viruses or other harmful code designed to disrupt or damage computer systems.
  • Threatens national security, public order, or the sovereignty of any nation, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Contains threats of physical violence or is slanderous or defamatory.
  • Any kind of content that generates hatred or intends to create or spread hatred or hate propaganda, on the basis of and not limited to religion, caste, ethnicity, community, sexual orientation, or gender identity, is prohibited.
  • Posting or misusing personal content or data, or information of another individual, including pictures or videos of other people who have not given express consent to such content being posted, is prohibited.
  • Any content that depicts or relates to physical, mental, sexual, or psychological maltreatment, neglect, or abuse of individuals—whether children or adults—is strictly prohibited on our App. This includes any material that showcases or glorifies self-harm, self-injury, or suicide, as well as content that provides instructions or methods for committing self-harm.
  • Any content that depicts shocking or sadistic acts of animal abuse, including but not limited to the slaughtering of real animals, dismemberment, mutilation, burning, or other forms of cruelty, is strictly prohibited.
  • Is patently false and intended to mislead or harass individuals or entities for financial gain or to cause harm.

3. Enforcement and Liability

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it. We do not assume any liability for user-generated content.
• Reporting and Moderation: Users can report content that violates this policy. Content found to be in breach of our policies may be removed, and the responsible user may face account suspension or other appropriate actions as deemed necessary.
• Policy Changes: We may update these guidelines periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and it is the responsibility of users to stay informed and comply with the latest version of the policy.

4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

• In case you have any questions or concerns about this Content Policy or our practices, please share the same with us by writing to: support@houseoftalentt.com. On receiving such a complaint, grievance or notice, the grievance officer may reach out to you to seek further clarification, or to verify your complaint. The Grievance Officer identified above is pursuant to the provisions of Applicable Laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Rules enacted under those laws. The Entity reserves the right to replace the Grievance Redressal Officer at its discretion through the publication of the name and title of such replacement on the website, which replacement shall come into effect immediately upon publication.
